Dr. Edie Glantz is an accomplished neurologist and medical consultant who holds membership in the American Academy of Neurology and certification through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She performs neurologic and traumatic brain injury (TBI) evaluations for military veterans. Self-employed, Dr. Edie Glantz delivers independent assessments and opinions.
Before becoming a consultant in 2011, Dr. Glantz served concurrent positions as chief financial officer of Foresight Optical and chief executive officer of Ophthalmology and Neurology Associates (ONA). She was a leader at Foresight Optical for eight years and at ONA for 13 years. Her work at Foresight Optical revolved around operating a state-of-the-art optical shop that made and sold contact lenses and lenses for glasses. ONA was an in-patient and outpatient neurology practice that served multiple rural counties around Astoria, Oregon. Dr. Edie Glantz earned her doctor of medicine from the Baylor College of Medicine and completed a neurology residency and an electromyography fellowship through the University of California, Los Angeles.
